ye9 is the place for players in Myanmar to enjoy football betting, Live Casino, Slots and 2D lottery services. This platform only offers games that we have authorised. By using our services, you agree to play under these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese and the Burmese version is the official version. In the event of any language discrepancy, the Burmese version shall be the sole reference.

You must be 21+ to use ye9 services. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to use the services or open an account. We may request age verification for any account we find suspicious, and accounts that do not meet the requirement will be suspended.

Each player may only hold one account at a time. Opening a second account using the same personal details (name, phone number, payment bank account) is strictly prohibited. If a violation is found, those accounts and any balances in them may be terminated.

You must provide only accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. We cannot be responsible for any issues arising from accounts opened with false or concealed information.

You are personally responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) secure. Do not share them with anyone. All bets, deposits and withdrawals made from your account are your own responsibility.

If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via live chat. We cannot be held responsible for any losses that occur before you notify us.

ye9 accepts the following payment methods:

Deposits can only be made through our designated payment methods. We cannot accept third-party transfers or payments from sources unknown to us.

The minimum deposit per transaction is 20,000 Ks. Amounts below this cannot be accepted. Once your deposit is confirmed on our end, it will appear in your account almost immediately.

A minimum balance of 20,000 Ks is required to make a withdrawal. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Once payment is made, it will be sent to your payment account (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay).

The KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay account used for withdrawal must be the player's own account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. We may conduct checks on any withdrawal, and processing may be delayed during the verification period.

Players who have received a bonus will not be able to make a withdrawal until the specified wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is bonus amount × 15 (see below).

Players making their first deposit at ye9 can receive a 120% Welcome Bonus — 120% of the deposit amount (up to 300,000 Ks). This bonus can only be claimed on the day of deposit, and there may be a time limit after which the bonus expires before we process it.

After receiving the Welcome Bonus, you must wager bonus amount × 15 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered first before withdrawal
• Wagering completed through methods we do not allow (arbitrage betting, fully opposing hedge bets) will not count toward wagering requirements
• If we find that a bonus was claimed through misuse, the bonus may be voided

Players who reach ye9 VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) can receive the following weekly cashback rewards:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier upgrades depend on a player's regular playing pattern and duration of play. Our decision on VIP tier assignment is final.

Results of slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, Crash Game and football betting are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live broadcast. Our decisions are final and cannot be appealed further.

If a technical fault occurs during gameplay (connection loss, software error), we will handle it through our standard resolution process and cannot be held responsible for losses that occur during that time. Completed bets cannot be changed.

Once a valid game round is complete, its result cannot be changed. However, if a technical fault on our side affected a game round, we can review and resolve it.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or processing funds through illegal channels
• Attempting to hack the platform or exploiting software vulnerabilities
• Using automated software (bots, scripts) to play
• Deliberately placing opposing bets to abuse bonuses
• Harassing other players or misusing the platform
• Gambling on behalf of anyone under 21, or allowing anyone under 21 to access the platform

If a breach of these restrictions is found, the account may be closed immediately without notice and any remaining balance may be confiscated.

A player may voluntarily close their account — particularly for responsible gambling purposes. While the account is closed, access to play will not be available. To reopen the account, contact us via live chat.

We may suspend the account of any player who breaches these terms without prior notice. If an account is suspended due to a breach, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited and only deposited funds will be reviewed and considered.

ye9 makes every effort to provide services as reliably as possible, but is not responsible for the following:

• Losses arising from a player's own betting activity
• Health, relationship or financial problems arising from excessive play by a player
• Losses caused by connection faults or internet outages
• Losses caused by incorrect information submitted by the player themselves

If we are found to be liable, the amount of that liability cannot exceed the total amount you have deposited.

ye9 may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms. Players who have not logged in for a while are encouraged to re-read these terms each time they return.
